Ronald Kallan. My professional career began in data processing. The transformation in this area has been breathtaking. Project and team management with international assignments as well as corporate IT controlling and line management followed. As HR manager at the end of the 1990s, I dealt with change management, organizational and personnel development. All my skills were required when I took over the management of a foreign branch office in eastern Europe.

At the beginning of the 2000s it was time for personal transformation. Advanced training and qualification lead to the founding of my own consultancy. My passion is the fostering of growth and innovation. I strive to contribute to the sustainable success of people and organizations. My experience and creativity have been applied to the inFraRot program and I am happy to share them with you.
I grew up in New York, USA where I studied business administration and computer science. I have been living in Germany since the mid-1970s.
